Our client list includes some of the most well-known names in the event, corporate, sporting, celebrity, media and political world. The company’s extensive product range includes everything from furniture, props, games, tableware, wedding accessories and catering equipment needed to make an event happen. 

Role Summary

The company is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This is a perfect role for someone who is ambitious and is looking for the challenge of working within a busy customer service team.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday primarily and Saturday work (8.30am to 12.30pm) will be required during the busy periods on a rotation basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and developing strong relationships with our broad range of clients
• Proactively managing and dealing with enquiries from clients over the phone/email
• Processing customer orders in an efficient manner and providing expert advice on our products and services
• Liaising with  and providing advice to customers at the company showroom
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as invoicing, processing reports and managing credit cards payments

Key Requirements

• Genuine desire to excel in customer service
• Ability to work as team player in a fast paced environment
• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to think on your feet
• Strong administration and PC skills
• Experience of Hospitality/Events or a background in service-driven sectors would be beneficial

Applications should have a proven track record of Customer Service with a minimum 3 years’ experience desired with fluent spoken and written English.
