If event management is where your interests lie, FiftyTwoWords is the right place for you. FiftyTwoWords will host event “Hope” in aid of the Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association(IMNDA) on June 29th at the Liberty Hall, Dublin.  This Event management opportunity enables students to put their creative and organizational skills to the test helping to plan and put together a large event in Dublin.

The theme of the night is “Hope” and at this event we will have a diverse range of speakers share their own insights, stories and experiences of hope. FiftyTwoWords is a 100% voluntary based company and we are seeking interested students to join us in making this event a success.

The role will include:

• Supporting evengt managers in the administrative aspects of this event
• Sourcing props, gifts etc
• Event Rehearsals
• Event Marketing
• Booking event staff
• Assisting in the social media campaign
• Sourcing Sponsors
• Spreading the word about this event
• And loads of other fun and challenging stuff

How long?

FiftyTwoWords work experience opportunity consists of 8-12-weeks. Through this event you will be given the opportunity to network with executives, full-time staff and fellow interns across the company.

(Estimated Time Commitment:7-10 hrs per week)
