Details: Future Beauty is a 2-day interactive event for women to learn about all aesthetic treatments and medical beauty options. Comprising two exhibition halls and a live main stage, up to 5,000 visitors are expected over the weekend.
Location: RDS Dublin (specifically the Concert Hall, Clyde Hall & Serpentine Hall and the band lawn outside)
Dates: September 6-8th, 2019,
Hours needed: Friday (build/preparation day. 9.00am - 8pm); Saturday (exhibition & show opens) 10am-7pm; Sunday, 10am - 7pm
Duties:
Volunteers will be required to be available and willing to work over the course of the three days:
Helping with the preparation and distribution of gift bags.
Helping with the registration desk.
Helping with the ticket desk.
Helping with the needs of the attendees,
Helping with the needs of the speakers backstage
Helping with the needs of the exhibitors
Volunteers will be given food and beverage vouchers each day and goody bags and will gain a first-hand insight into the mechanics' of event management and will gain invaluable insights and experience with lots of the behind the scenes action.
